Typically park release pins hit Disney theme parks each Thursday. With reduced crowds, along with Anaheim and Hong Kong closed, releases have been moved online to ShopDisney.com.
The pins for each release are available online starting at 7 am PST (10 am EST).
Keep in mind they sellout extremely fast and you need to check out and receive a confirmation email to be sure you have them. There are many people complaining that they have pins in their shopping cart, attempt checkout unsuccessfully, only to find out they were charged and later have those charges reversed.
